The Private Equity Junction Owner’s Bonus allows investors to :

  1. Earn a 5% bonus is shares on their investment when investing in participating companies on Private Equity Junction Website.

For a membership cost of Rs. 500 per year, you will earn a 5% bonus is shares for any shares you purchase in participating companies for example, if you buy 100 shares at Rs. 10 per share in a Startup, you will receive 5 Bonus shares with the Owner’s bonus membership, meaning you will hold 105 shares for Rs. 100.

Your Owner’s Bonus membership ensures you will be the first to be notified about newly launched companies. You will receive an email when a company launches that is eligible for bonus shares with your membership.

Investors with the Owner’s Bonus are also notified by a daily mail that features any bonuseligible company that launched in the previous 24 hours.

As an Owner’s Bonus member, when selling shares on our trading platform, Private Equity Junction, secondary, you will receive 20% discount on commission.

Companies have the option to opt in and participate in the Bonus programe. Please note that not every offering will be eligible for the Owner’s Bonus. Look for Owner’s Bonus listed in the rewards perks section of the companies as well.

The Owner’s Bonus is active for one year from the point of purchase. The Owner’s Bonus will auto-renew every year. It you choose to cancel the auto-renewel of your Owner’s Bonus, it will expire at the end of that year’s eligibility period.

It you don’t already have it, you can buy the Owner’s Bonus during checkout when making an investment. you can also purchase it as a standalone product from this page the Owner’s bonus cost Rs. 500 billed annually, and is set to automatically renew at the end of your membership bonus.

The Owner’s Bonus was an annual fee of Rs. 500 at the loginning of your year’s eligibility. Your bonus will auto renew the following year. We will send you an renewal email notification will in time. You may cancel membership at any time prior to your auto-renewal if you no longer wish to renew.

Note: It you earned your Owner’s Bonus through one of the schemes/offerings, then at the end of you eligibility period, you can renew your bonus by purchasing the bonus through this updated system.

Cancelation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Not all cancelation requests are entitled to a refund cancelation requests will be assessed based on the investor’s Bonus shares accumulated, and active membership duration up to the point of cancelation.

Any refunds for the Owner’s Bonus membership will be made to your original form of payment during the purchase.

The Owner’s Bonus is set to auto-renew every year and will change the payment method on file.
